By the moment there's no way to heal your army. We are working on a new character of the game that will allow you to do that. Keep updated

but then the trolls come back
please make that a top priority to get that up and going.

You can refresh the page like chris conner said or click to go to your friends empire than go back to yours but the trolls will reset.
