Hi Guys.

i did not use any hack but my account also been Disabled. when the time i was PVP other player.
and now my account still cannot be use. any of you have the same thing like me? if yes can help me also.

They implemented a system that detects if hacks have been used and automatically disables the account. If you believe that this is not your case, please write at support@socialpoint.zendesk.com with your FB ID confirming it and they'll revise your account. If you know that you have used hacks, please declare it. You'll have the chance to start from the very beginning. Please note that if you use hacks again your account will be permanently disabled. Have in mind that if you claim that you haven’t cheated and as a result we detects cheats, your account will be disabled permanently too. As well, you should explain how did you perform the hack. What program did you use? It’s essential for unblocking the account.

Não há nenhuma segunda oportunidade, você cortou e foi banido para hacking, dizendo que você não vai fazer isso de novo não significa dizer que você não vai fazê-lo novamente, você está banido permanentemente

Usei hacker no social empires com um programa chamado cheat engine 6.2 e me arrependi oq eu fiz foi usar 1 codigo para compra uma estatua q custava 10 cash e o mudava para -9 se possivel gostaria de pedir para habilitar minha conta dnv nao voltarei a usar hacker inclusive eu ja tinha comprado cash por cartao de credito e celular
