    1) J: Legendary Dragons and Poo Dragon: In order to get the Legendary Dragons all you have to do is breed 2 rare dragons. Here is a list of the rare dragons.
    Armadillo
    • Coolfire
    • Petroleum
    • Gummy
    • Soccer
    • Pirate
    Poo Dragon
Here is the corrected info on the Poo Dragon. You can get the Poo Dragon from breeding dragon hybrids with the correct elements, rare dragons, or legendary dragons. (Hybrids take less time) Below are a few combinations that may work and the one with the * has been more successful as reported by Vendrus
    • Petroleum + Armadillo*
    • Mud + Petroleum
    • Mud + Pirate

4: Temples- while playing the game you will need temples to increase the maximum level you can raise your dragons to. below is a list of the temple title, the level it becomes avail able, and the level it allows you to raise your dragons to.

Magic Temple: available at level 20, raise your dragons to level 15
Noble Temple: available at level 25, raise your dragons to level 20
Knight Temple: available at level 30, raise your dragons to level 25
Master Temple: available at level 35, raise your dragons to level 30

5:Farms- Farms are used for growing food, food is used to level up your dragons. You will notice that as the amount of food the farm produces increase the amount of time does as well and tat you are not getting as much food for your money. Below is a list of the farm sizes, the level that you can buy them at, and an attached screenshot of all the food options in the maximum sized farm. NOTE: the maximum number of farms you can have at any given time increases by your level and is listed below the farms on the build page.

Food Farm: Available from the beginning of the game
Big Food Farm: Available at level 8
Huge Food Farm Available at level 18
NOTE: The maximum number of food farms you can have in the game will be 12
NOTE2: There really isn't a good way that I can figure out to get a larger shot of the food options, my apologies.

6: Habitats: as you level up new habitats will become available to you. Here is a list of the habitats in the order they become available and next to them is the level you need to be to buy them. NOTE: the max number of habitats you can have in the game is 28.

    Earth- 1
    Fire- 2
    Water- 4
    Plant- 6
    Large Earth- 8
    Electric- 10
    Large Fire- 11
    Ice- 13
    Large Water- 14
    Metal- 16
    Large Plant- 17
    Legend- 18
    Large Electric- 19
    Dark- 20
    Large Ice- 21
    Large Metal- 23
    Large Dark- 26

7: Boosts- boosts take 6 hours to be built and are worth 250,000 experience, but their real power is in the 20% increase they give to any dragon within the area of effect that has the same element. For example if an earth boost is places next to an earth habitat then every dragon with earth in it gets a 20% increase in the amount of money they produce, and if you have 2 next to the habitat the dragons will get a 40% boost. Below is a list of the boosts and the level you can buy them at. NOTE: the max number of every boost is 4

    Earth Boost - 15
    Fire Boost - 18
    Water Boost - 21
    Plant Boost - 24
    Electric Boost - 27
    Ice Boost - 30
    Metal Boost - 33
    Dark Boost - 36
    Legend - 39

8ecorations- more decorations will become visible as you gain levels and available to buy, some will be extremely expensive some will not, but make note that all decorations are only worth 10 xp. So unless you want them to make your islands more attractive for yourself and friends they are a waste of space and money.

9: Battle- there are two places to battle, the stadium which you purchase in the first few quests and the combat world. below is information that may help you for both occasions.

Stadium: the best way to win in the stadium is to pick dragons strong against what will be played. You can tell which dragons will be picked in the stadium based on the title of the tournament, you find this on the pop-up screen after clicking combat. An example would be the plant tournament- you should pick dragons with electric powers. This is not a guarantee win, but it will help a lot NOTE- always make sure you have 3 dragons selected before entering battle.

Combat World: you can find the combat world by clicking on the planet on your tool bar, an option menu will come up and it will be the second option from the top. Here you will have 3 chances to win battles- and they reload every 6 hours. When you scroll over the players their names and level will appear. You can pick any one on the screen to battle. As you win a red X will appear on their picture. If you don't win you can re-battle them as many times as it takes. Once you click on a player you will be presented with 2 options, visit or combat. This is your chance to scope out that players most powerful dragons because these will be the dragons the computer picks for you to battle. Note that at the bottom of the league screen wear you pick a player to battle is the dragon button wear you select your dragons to use. they will NOT change without you changing them unless you use them for breeding. It will then disappear or appear busy on the selection screen. You can battle with less than 3 dragons, but it is not recommended, so before battling always make sure you have 3 dragons selected. Once you have selected your dragons feel free to start battling players and make changes to your line up in between battles. when you have beaten the other players from the league you will win the prizes at the top f the league screen and you will be moved to the next league.

10: Dragon Book- the dragon book was one of the most helpful tools for making this guide. It has the dragons grouped by collections. Each collection has 5 dragons. Each dragon has 3 levels > 4, 7, and 10. When all 5 dragons reach all 3 levels the collection will be complete and you can claim the reward. The rewards range from 2 to 5 gems each depending on the difficulty of completing the collection. When you scroll over the dragons in the collection you can see their stats, like attacks and weaknesses. You can also see a description of them and the whole dragon. Below is a list of the collections and the prize for each. NOTE- if you haven't gotten the dragon yet the dragon will not be lit up in the book, you will also not be able to see the stats.
Bigger NOTE: you cannot look at the Dragon Book until you are level 10

This only mentions Dragon's and breeding, what about temples, that you get the temples at certain levels throughout the game, and that the maximum amount of habitats allowed in the game is 28, and the maximum amount of food farms is 12!

  4. #4
Sorry, I didn't realize people would want that kind of information. I will certainly add in sections for those topics now.

It's weakness will be whatever the first element it lists is weak against. Same as every dragon.

Also, just a small suggestion. The orange text is hard for me to read, which means it probably is for others too. Could it be made a darker orange to be more visible?

Hope the new color is better

I hope the new additions meet your expectations, but I'm working on getting the prize values for the dragon book right now

New color is much better. Thanks.

Poo can be bred from hybrids with the correct element, not just from legendaries + X
Petroleum and Armadillo is a confirmed combo, so at the very least, Rare + Rare can give Poo. Not to mention, it's a vastly shorter breeding time.

    EDIT:
Mud + Petroleum/Pirate have also given Poo. Doesn't even need to be two rares, but two hybrids definitely required.
However, Petroleum + Armadillo has been reported successful more often than Mud+, and Legendary+ more often than either.

Oh, and if it's any use... given that the elements a dragon is weak to is always defined by its first element, and most people are more interested in what their dragon will give crits against...

water str fire electric noeff plant
earth str plant dark weak metal
fire str water ice noeff metal
    plant str electric dark
ice str earth plant noeff dark
    electric str fire metal
    metal str earth ice
    dark str metal water

(It should be obvious, but: str means strong against (ie crits against), noeff means has no effect against, weak means does a weak attack against. I have more of the noeffects and weaks noted down elsewhere, but can't access that laptop atm.)

((Sorry for the crappy spacing, but for some reason tabs and whitespace won't show up))

WRONG! was no effect for one and weak for the other... however, water did do good damage, though it was not critical.

Hi, thank you for the correction, but I would ask that next time you please be a little kinder about how you phrase it. I'm working really hard to make this guide and like the note at the top of the section said that was a guess at best.

i found a breeding combination that needs to be added!!

Fire + Metal can also give you Dark Fire!

Absolutely nothing, they are there so when you collect them and share them they pop up on your timeline so your friends can see them and think what are those and they take them to Dragon City game, they are to get people to play

  16. #16
platinum weakness is electric and dark it even says so in the dragon book also you have the lantern fish wrong too its weakness is fire and dark. there may be more that you have wrong those two just caught my eye makes me feel like you don't know all your info. It's new but not a legendary. As far as I know there are still only 4 legendary dragons.

Okay I looked at your list for the Dragon book and it's missing Hot & Cold. (Though the rest was very helpful!) All I have for those are #1-Dark Fire; #2-Snowflake; #3-?; #4-?; #5-Mojito. Hope that helped a little.

It looks like #4 might be the Ice Cream Dragon but I can't tell what #3 is and I don't have either so I'm not 100% sure.

That may be true but that thread is only about combat. This thread also has Breeding and Dragon Book information, which the other thread does not. If it's not helpful to you you don't have to look at it.

In fact this was posted in your thread by an admin "It is completely acceptable to have multiple guides explaining the combat area in different methods. Different people need to approach things & learn in different ways." If you don't want people being disrespectful in your thread, don't do it to others. It's rude.

Was this guide helpful to me?: no. I already have bookmarks of guides i need.
Will this guide be helpful to new players? Yes.

Note: I don't like reading long paragraphs. Try using bullets or use less words.

You make useless threads for your own selfish pleasure and you attack others who are trying to be helpful. I don't want to be hateful and I'm sorry for being rude but I'm really beginning to dislike you.

NO! I do guides to help everyone in the game, and my guides are as useful for newbies as for pros.
Get your facts straight before false accusing someone, it won't take you anywhere, only to the town of haters where you certainly don't want to be.

And I have pleasure to help and feel and see everyone was helped by it, if you got any problem talk with this .

True, but we have already all methods, one is the pic that shows opposing elements, and which tells that the first element from that dragon is its weakness, which for pures won't work out very well.
And you have the other that shows a list with all dragonsand respective weaknesses, resists, immunitties.

I disagree with what's done because in the end would be an uncomplete copy of what i've done.
Like I disagree and dislike any other complete breeding thread other than this one, which should be the only and best one:

the other 2 I use the most are:
