You have to take this up with the 3rd party that provided the task they are the ones that have control over that probably1 of the 3 you already mentioned

@Benjamin-Rip-Linda-Herrera-Jr. Aloha brother. Punchie was the "top" reward of the happy hour, meaning it had low chance of getting him. I got him after watching around 60 videos.
