I've tried multiple things, sent screenshot for support in app. And not even a single answer.
I've paid Premium for 3 weeks and now even that is gone, I can't... I feel like it's a rip off since I am level 37 with just 1 worker atm.

Any answer on this? Because it's pissing me off.

The premium pass was in the a/b test that we ran. We tested various scenarios, in some of them, it wasn't possible to upgrade hatchery or purchase another worker. This test is no longer ongoing, we stopped it last week. However, as some players purchased the Premium Pass on Friday we need to wait a week for it to expire so everything should go back to normal on Friday.

Please, let us know in case you still don't have the worker available on Saturday.
