It might be High Winter dragon, or some kind of category 10 Legendary dragon. Either that, or it is a lower category dragon with a new kind of mechanic associated with it or something like that.

And why would you say that? Though I don't think it is High Winter her since the rarity is Legend.

There may be a chance that this may be placeholder information until 1000 is officially revealed.
Or maybe it's just Uller, as shown in the new Collection.
