I probably made this concept in 2013/2014 when I was just beginning to learn about digital painting. The initial idea was to create zodiacal dragons and this was Capricorn.

After so many years, I decided to refresh the idea, now he is the Hippocampus dragon.

Hippocampus was created to be the messenger of the sea. He is responsible for informing Deus of everything that happens with the sea life and for that reason he has an agile body both in and out of water.

you always send this messages to me and I don't know the point but I'll try to explain:
I have bills to pay, I have a job and a lot of things to do on my personal life. I have no time, and honestly, no interest on this project you want to do. SP has designers who are paid to design new dragons. I create fanarts when I want/can and what I want, because I'm not receiving a single cent for them. I hope you understand.
