I'm lead of my team and when I logged on today a co-lead was demoted to soldier and another soldier was promoted to co-lead. I thought only lead could do this. The co-lead that was demoted was the lead before he made me lead if that matters.

@monica-mcculloch depends was this co inactive for a long time? if so the game takes the co from the inactive co and gives to another

@marianne-van-es Oh yes the co-lead was inactive. So the game just picked a random soldier to promote? Interesting. Can you tell me how the game picks this particular soldier, just curious.

@monica-mcculloch no not sure could be random but also could be most active member

@monica-mcculloch It based on war activity for I always had 100%, and I was given Co-lead after another Co-lead became to inactive.

@kayno125 yes, my son was running a team and lost interest. Eventually he was demoted to co and one of the co's became lead....
