Please rework the whole slow and hast system pls!
Video shows one of the many Bugs with this. As if the chance for landing Haste or slow wasn't bad enough. It has so many bugs in it.
Video shows that i haste Ouros but in fact he gets pushed back in attack order and pandalf gets an extra turn.

Known issues too:
-Sentinel Special applies slow on enemy and you will never see Sentinel back in the attack order.
-When slow runs out on the enemy they regain all "skipped turns" and most likely will attack 3-7 times in a row

Please remove or rework the whole thing. Maybe Change Haste to 1 extra turn and Slow to 1 Timestop. Then its okay to have small chances to apply the effect but it will become useable again.
