I just won four fights in the heroic dungeon for remntar cells. After each victory, message says "spin faster" whatever the roulette speed is. And I made it turn very quickly. So no cell reward, since I m stuck with the message and got to kill the game to exit.
The other roulettes in PvP, adventure map, or normal dungeon work properly.
So my fingers are ok. Just heroic dungeon roulette that is bugged.

How take back the cells ?

Lately yesterday, roulette was back to normal. Now, I can t tell since I am stuck on the last fight of floor one.
