In this race waiting times start at lap 2, node 4.
Check out pools and waiting times proper. Sometimes you can not collect all items in 2 turns.
On browser version (PC or Puffin) arena fights count for pvp items.

Finish lap 18 in less than 12 hours and 30 minutes = reward x 8
Finish lap 20 in less than 12 hours and 30 minutes = reward x 4

I have been looking forward to this one, this is the one I also finish the collection for Cloud Master....heading for lap 15.

I am at the end of lap 2, with my Level 2 Hatchery clogged with a Pure Dragon and a Cruel Dragon. The Pure will hatch in the morning but Cruel will hog a slot until Saturday. When Pure Hatches I can start Terra and Terra Breeding and push onward. I used my spin but got only a measly +1

I've been breeding Terra and Double Terra but I haven't been getting the breeding item

@blackpanther300 Keep on breeding and eventually you will get a point. It won’t always give you a point. Longer breeds give you higher chances of points.
That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t continue. It is a quicker but more tedious option. But if you can withstand it you can win the race!

The bottom line is that what matters is how much TIME a lead or a buy represents. And the correspondence between nodes/laps and time changes drastically over the course of the race, such that an early lead or buy means a teeny-tiny fraction of what it does later.

Just to illustrate - those two folks who spent lots of gems and went from lap 1 to 5 in an hour? I'm ahead of them now, not a single gem spent. Just better time management.

Yes, you can get them on Terras. Just be persistent.

Geez, must be really rare though, or I just have horrible luck.

Whatever....my strategy works for me, it has gained me my targetted goal so i will stick with what works for me.

It works with terra eggs. But you have to repeat often. Sometimes it needs 100 attemps for one item. But it is still quicker than longer hatchings. Just time consuming.

Can I switch to PC and do arena battles instead of League battles? And then switch back to mobile for the other objectives? Will the race get messed up if I switch? Tired of spending gems to skip League battles... arenas are much more attainable.

uhmm lets just say that you are first place in the race but you didn't reach lap 15 will you still be getting the high malicous dragon as a first place reward?

If you are first in the end you will get all rewards for the first place, including High Malicious, no matter which lap you reached.

If you're buying out hours on intermediate fights, yeah. But buying out the last fight itself is a flat 3 regardless of lap (assuming you do it as "finish node" for the 1-gem discount), and that's the best return on investment for fights. Buying out hours is extra.

@giosue-bellucci reward x10 means you got 200,000 food not 20,000 which was the lap reward.

Here you can see all lap rewards and also which laps are time limted. The lap before the lap with the clock icon is time limited. So if you have a clock on lap 6, lap 5 has a time limit.

Putting 6 quest battles within the space of 3 nodes around the end of lap 12 is just cruel.

@scott-clark ... looked ahead and saw that also; am keeping fingers crossed that a couple of Quests are lined up to begin about the time I get there ... AND ... that the Quests are not 6, 8 or 12 hours apart!!

@scott-clark lucky meet the quests as free spin was due, saved a few gems, but yes SP should be ashamed when they do things like that and make dragons like legacy impossible to get.

Yes. It also helps to protect your a com t by keeping it in synch with their servers.

What I find annoying is that the Heroic Orbs for 7, 10, and 12 have been the same for a few races now.
I would like more types of Heroic Orbs to be available during those laps.

...or the Heroic Piece Decorations to come back.

@arranos The greedy $P wont bring back the decoration by saying that "it will open the chance to get various heroics". Meh, collecting around 15/20/25 orbs with little chance to get the same heroic orb from those chest are very little, let alone getting 100 orbs for it. You know $P is a greedy company, don't you?

At least one positive thing about the orbs being the same is that it will allow people to gradually build up orbs for Priest, Tidal, Comet and Entity.
If I get Tidal orbs on lap 7 and 10, I can summon him.

I'd rather not have the same orbs every race. There's 29 heroics now; we should have more variance between them each race.

And personally, I want to get the Heroic Dragons I missed.

You should be able to choose which orbs you want rather than they force them on you, I seem to have around 50 orbs of each missing heroic and rarely get the same to complete the 100.

My group isn't very competitive. I just started Lap 8 and just took the lead. Have used only 8 gems so far & only to finish the timed laps in time to get the extras. I'm OK with how it's going so far. I'm not going to use a lot of gems trying to win this time. Just going to drift along.
