Players that are only 1 year old are greatly disadvantaged to players that have been here for 2 years or more.
A lot of things were available back then that no longer exist.
Monsterwood: We used to be able to watch videos to obtain a possible "silver relic chest", which had a chance of granting a diamond relic. Now, at best, we get a direct gold relic instead and they are rare.
Nemesis: We used to have dungeons to earn cells. Now, it's impossible to ever hope to have a chance to earn one, little by little, no matter how much hard work you're willing to put into it.
This creates an environment where a 2 year old player is OP to newer player, regardless of dedication and effort put into the game. The 2 year guy could be very casual and log in once a day while a new player spends full time hours on it with no hope of coming close to the guy from the good ol days where those benefits were available.
I'm not asking for a full return. But perhaps SP could offer Nemesis dungeons that are very difficult and grant very few cells so only the most dedicated current players may have a shot?
And perhaps instead of a high drop rate for those chests in MW, maybe have it be where after watching a total of 20 videos, a silver relic chest drops with a chance for a diamond?
Please give us something to aim for. Right now it feels hopeless.
