Ingame team chat not working since race started . I can access race quests and can do everything . It’s just the chat which is not working . All I see is a circle .

Even after the latest update (7.8.6 version ) which rolled out yesterday for iOS the issue has not been resolved .

It’s really frustrating as I can not coordinate with my team mates and because of that can’t participate in race . I can only help in joint quests . As that is much safer instead I go for one for all and either me or someone else in team end getting resources wasted .

Please any help or info in this regard will be highly appreciable !

You can try and clear cache on iOs you have to search the internet how and you can try and reinstall the game but be sure your progress is saved on fb

I sent a ticket to support yesterday morning and haven’t yet got any reply from them . I guess I will have to wait what they will suggest .

The other two suggestions I have already tried . With the race and all it’s very frustrating for me .
