the calendar and timer of this breeding event is same with the shademoon 's path ....how is it supposed to work ? if you get the path 2 hours before the event ends when are you supposed to gather maze coins to go for Shademoon cells? what am i missing here ? i have seen reports of people getting the path but when they click on it , game crashes

@alex-pisi at first I thought the breeding event would come first and then after that ends the maze would come, but that's not the case this time. You begin collecting and gathering maze coins right after it begins, doesn't matter if you have not bred Shademoon yet, then keep trying to breed him as fast as you can by spending gems speeding up the breeding and hatching (better using the jokers both Galante or Violet so if you succeed you get 15 extra cells of him) so you get enough time to do the maze. The fastest you breed him, the most time you get to do the maze, although I'd have liked it to be just like I have mentioned previously by phases, first the breeding phase and then the maze

It seems you don't have to hatch. Just have in egg form

@bellatrix , the maze coins are not dropping and i have the last update weird event, i'll do the breeding part but i doubt there's time for the maze since i'm not getting any maze coins, oh well...new event ? should we post feedback ?!

It's another bugged event. Join a long list. But don't worry sp will still take your money.

any info about this ? i've done 18 breedings so far with jokers and all and just epics ...why did we buy jokers again ?( 3rd breeding event i'm not getting any legend) , i have a team of 25 peeps and all done multiple breedings ( at least 3 each )with no result other than epics and not to mention some are getting some maze coins, some are not getting anything, what's this event all about ?

Thank goodness I actually got Shademoon in the first hour with a little over 20 gems used to get it. The Maze for me hasn't been bugged but I feel bad for everyone who hasn't had good chances with this event. This must be reworked so that this event can at the very least be divided into phases or give more rewards if you do the breeding event even if you don't get the intended result such as extra maze coins every attempt you do.

Is not working for me...10 times, 4 times with joker the only thing was sure i spent a lot of gems for nothing!!! I had a lot of crashes in the game.. at the moment the event start. SP should takes us serious from the moment we giving money to them.....and not fool us

2 days ago I started getting maze coins from collecting gold everyone thought I was dreaming. Still don't know why, none of this make sence

As soon as you breed, the maze opens for you, until then you can't collect maze coins, obviously.
It's a new concept that we are trying so you don't have to wait until the breeding event finishes.

Which doesn't make any sense as with your 'normal' breeding chances you never get lucky straight away and there is very little left of the event if you do get lucky sometime later during the event. Pointless, really!!!

Go and try it somewhere else on people that can't give you money. It's a failure and we should all be compensated and not the usual five gems.

What to say....Shademoon no chance...

@gazza its a new idea so yes its glitchy but it works as intended only the ones that breed shademoon can use the maze.
Some players have a glitch, maybe the ones that have shademoon from race and hatched it, they see it but as soon as they are using it it throws them out, sure this is not nice but can be lived with.

@marianne-van-es I don't have shademoon at all, and still the path it becomes visual and the game crashes....and i am start thinking that this glitch triggers and i done so many tries to get him and still nothing....but SP are not helping at all

So some see the maze but cant use it because they havent bred it and I suspect it are the ones that have him from race not sure though
But as mentioned above the maze wont work

@marianne-van-es i upload previous the tries I've done...and still trying with no conclusion...and I can't believe after 10+ tries that i have no luck...and it's obvious that something happening with my game!!! The only sure after this bug i won't give any money again in the game and i am very frustrated.

@marianne-van-es I meant the new system of maze starting as soon as u put shademoon in hatch Marianne, was that explained somewhere I hit shademoon on 1st attempt could have activated guardian paid 9 gems then started but figured maze would start at later date as usual wasn’t until I read here that I hatched him and maze started a day later than it could have for me so technically I missed out on a whole day collecting maze coins

Just separate the two events (like 2 days breeding then 2 days maze) and we're good!

Yes, @callumarachnoid. It's explained in the pop-up NEWS.
Please, contact our support in case you don't get the Moonlight token when you breed Shademoon as the token triggers the Maze to appear. Support should be able to help you.

She is just stating the facts, no need to be harsh.
But points noted, the NEWs haven't explained it very well and IF we repeat the event we will make sure it's clearly communicated.

@fox I've done it and they said that will sent my feedback in developers...!! But what's the point after times passes and event is over..

@fox I have read the pop up a few times fox and it’s very Vague to me I just saw breeding event as usual and assumed if I bred it event would start at a later date as always to me this is just another example of sp greed, oh quickly try and breed monster, the quicker u get it the longer u have to get monster egg and cells, oh for the ones that get it in 2nd day or last hour unlucky u will stand no chance there is no possible way to defend this change or say it is anything other than trying to grab even more gems from players SHOCKING.

I agree that the description is not exactly crystal clear and we will do something about it.
We changed the behavior because this way it's much more fluid, you breed, you get the token which opens immediately the maze. It's more intuitive.
But again, when you are used to one mechanic for years I can understand that it can be confusing especially when the description is not 100% bulletproof.

@fox I would suggest to sp to keep event exactly how it has always been there is no reason to change it other than as I said greed u can’t possibly think this is a good change.

I would also suggest there should be some kind of compensation as event was flawed from beginning I could have had 1 whole day of collecting coins giving me far more cells than I will get now.

Question really is fox what are you going to do now.

Surprisingly I was well aware that the Maze began straight away as the breeding event began the moment the date started to come

Sorry, if it looked harsh @Fox, I didn't mean it that way.
It's just so many players could miss out on the maze, even if they could breed Shademoon in time (and in time could mean one hour before the event ends).

@bellatrix I bred 6 Rexx, 1 Soap Sam, 1 Stoirm, & 1 Lepu! I even used Violet + Nemestrinus & Taiga + Galante in each Breeder Spot & got 4 Rexx.... After not getting it after 10 tries, I went to Taiga + Nemestrinus & got Lepu instead. I just figured it was nearly impossible! 5 Epics with 1 day 9 hours hatching time filled all my breeding spots & left 2 breeding for 8 hours after ready to move. Poor planning...but then all Breeding Events are like that lately...

breeding events are always only frustrating since a long time and only expensive. The reason why I normally not playing the breeding events.
A few players with luck and a big number of angry and frustrated players are always the result of breeding events.

ok time to be civil. Yes this event is designed to get more gems out of players. I assume this is because most people have caught on to breeding events and don't spend many gems on them anymore due to low chance of success.
Now to exploit player greed they have made the maze simultaneous so that some will "spend gems to get shademoon as fast as possible" for the chance at extra cells.
Hopefully no one fell for this and their numbers don't change much. I'm sure it will go back to the way it used to be if it doesn't look like the player base is spending extra gems for this surprise, unannounced, new event.

Yes @Alex-Pisi, feel bad for those who managed to get Shademoon last minute but can't grind to get more cells in the maze due to the lack of time

Replying to your question @lameboy, yes . . . I have bred 2, 1 in my 2nd attempt and another one in my 4th attempt. Obviously I activated Kamala to speed it up. 1 egg at least should be in the hatchery in order for me to access the maze. As I've bred him the 1st day the event started I can say I'm getting his egg out of the maze. The cost I think it's around The Warrior's path from previous days. For those who didn't place him in the hatchery the 1st day, it's difficult for them to be able to get the egg tbh

Just to make things clear about that statement, I didn't "suggest" that as he said I did, no need to do so. Each player is free to choose whether to spend the gems or not, as simple as that. So no, I don't feel any shame when it comes to answering someone's question by explaining how the event works

@bellatrix not sure why you feel addressed here. @testcyp post was about SP's true intention as to why they did what they did and I think he hit the nail on the head. This had nothing to do with you or anyone else explaining as to how the event works!

Edit: If SP would have been smart about it, they would have allowed players to collect coins while the event was hidden to give more of an incentive to speed up a successful breed towards the end!
