I can't actually connect to monster legends, loading screen stop at 73%.

I have got the same problem at the same time to connect to dragon city. I had uninstall/install it yet, reboot my phone but nothing changed.

@setzuna last time I heard of this the phone needed an update

I searched a phone update but nothing. The problem resolved itself around 7 hours after. It's still a mystery

I am going through the same problem as well.
