im lvl 23, and have opened my 3rd island. but why my freebies island didnt show up yet. i already contact the customer service while im at level 22, they tell me to just wait and keep playing without telling me what should i do to get freebies island.

Did you play for 21 days? It will not show up before that.

You must play a minimum of 21 days and I believe buy at least 1 island.

No, after you hit the 21 days it should just show up.
