How do I at least make 3 element dragons? Do I have to do something simple like breed a 2 element dragon with a 1 element dragon? Or does it have to take a more complicated(?) way to do it?

Depends on what you want to breed. Some have special breeding pairs. Some are only breedable in the sanctuary.
