First, do not post your player id publicly, you open yourself to hackers.

Second, search on event tips, I am sure you are between collection times.

Third, this is not the place to report this if it is a Bug, submit a ticket to support.

Finally, it is best to ASK for help not DEMAND it. And support is the only one to give you anything though I doubt they will give you anything based on the lack of information which you provided.
