I am not sure what you are trying to say. I assume you are saying you did not receive your heroic race rewards. For those if you qualified you have to claim them from the right banner where it says results. If you do not have the banner, send a ticket to support.

Please in the future carefully explain your issue so that you can get answers. Also a search would have given you many answers that already exist. Locking this as the answers do exist.
