I have had this issue for the past couple of days.Usually the dragon market should give some food and 1 gem when 10 friends help you out but in my case I get the gem while collecting from the dragon market but when I close and reopen the game the gem is not to be found.Has anyone else been having this issue? plz help.

This is an old bug, this has never worked as has been reported.

@bettina-löffler oh thanks for pointing out that thread but one doubt, will we get the gem if we don't open the dragon market until it is ready to collect?

You get it, but after reloading it will be gone. If you want to buy something with it you will get an error and the game will reload itself.
