The Dragon Cinema now known as Freebie Island is a Mobile Only Feature that allows the players to view videos or complete offers like trying another vendors apps in exchange for free food, gold, and gems.

The requirements for making the Island appear, have not been confirmed, but the following actions have been noted:

• Unlocking other islands

• Reaching between levels 20-25. Although it has unlocked earlier and later for some players.

• Playing for approximately 20 days on your mobile device.

These videos and offers are being brought to you by an independent vendor, not Social Point. At times, there may be no videos available or there may be a delay in getting your rewards.

Any disputes with rewards offered should be submitted to the vendors sponsoring the rewards. You can find more info about how to contact them IN THIS THREAD

Remember, this is a MOBILE ONLY feature. The Island will not appear for some older mobile devices. This is an issue with the video capabilities of older phones and tablets.

Are any of you guys having problems with Fyber?
I spent my weekend doing some tasks at Fyber because of the 200%
I installed and played 6 games and 2 of them didn't give me the rewards.
As usual, I sent a message to Fyber, so far it wasn't effective.

I noticed the 2 games that I didn't receive anything appeared again in Fyber selection screen, as if I never had downloaded it.
The others 4 offers I received my gems shortly after completing the requiriments
I really hope tomorrow they can solve my problem

I haven't because there us nothing new for me to try but keep in mind they do not work weekends so their response to your tickets might be slow.

@LilCricketPa Thanks for the information! Didn't find this til now. Everyone seemed to be saying 20 hrs. Days makes a little more sense, seeing how you have the 15 day welcome map. Good to know that it is something to look forward to, and it was mine and others misinterpreted info 🙂

@blazetama please read the opening post in this thread. Also, you should never publish your game id, so I have deleted it.

I ended this round of videos with 40 gems, 19 rounds of event coins and 7 orbs which means I ended up getting 4,119,207 food/12,014,250 gold. Hmm those food and gold amounts do not look as bad as I thought when you add them all up.

Please try to keep your posts to the correct thread. If you are trying to get help with a game issue you will need to post more information in the "Bugs" topic. Information on what type of videos: do you mean the you tube channel or Freebie Island. What platform, on a laptop I am guessing Facebook. Have you done anything to fix the problem yourself such as clearing cache.

Again, please provide more information to the correct thread.

Try:

1. clearing your cache
2. restarting tablet
3. uninstalling/reinstalling

If that does not help, send in a support ticket, instructions via my signature.

Every time i try to play a freebie video I get kicked out of game

Please review the main post of this thread for the requirements for opening Freebie Island. It appears after meeting certain requirements on most mobile devices. It is not available to Facebook only players. There are also older Kindle Fires that cannot get Freebie Island.

My Main account is lvl 21 with a large amout of hours played in just 1 week, and I'm getting desperate by getting the Freebies Island because I'm missing all of that Gems, Jobs dragons and Event coins I'm not getting :'D.
I have the new Bingo Dragon and I think is a Very cool Idea for new and old players(Only 3 numbers left to complete the FIRST bingo card :D ) I was that desperate that I created another account to see if there was a bug in my main account, and I was surprised when I saw that I got the Freebies island with my lvl 5 account with only 30 minutes played.
I read all the requirements to get that Island so here is my question: Is there a possibility that I didn't the Freebies Island due to my possesion of the Bingo card, or do I have to wait and It was just simply "Luck" that I've got the Island with my 30 minutes account??

As to your questions, I am unsure of why you got Freebie Island so quickly on one game and not the other. Many things factor into triggering the Island to appear. The Bingo Card is a new feature and does not appear for all players. It may have an affect on triggering Freebie Island but I cannot say for sure. Only the developers / coders know exactly what triggers it, and they won't give us a definitive answer on the exact triggers.

Are you playing both accounts on the same device? Are both linked to Facebook accounts? We do know that some Kindle Fire and some older mobile devices will not get Freebie Island simply because they are older and do not meet the video specifications.

If you still have not gotten the Island on your higher level account, or you have questions about how to trigger it, you can submit a ticket to support. Instructions are in my signature line.

Both accounts are linked to facebook accounts, in addition I played with both accounts in the same device (Samsung Galaxy S8) so yes, it's a bit weird.

How long ago did you send your ticket? If it has been more than 3 days or so I would suggest adding a response asking if anyone has had a chance to look at your ticket. If you did not include it in your original request or response, I would be sure to include your game id so that they can look into your account. It seems you should have it. In the meantime while you wait for them to respond, try clearing your cache. Or uninstalling and reinstalling to see if it shows up. Also if you have access to a different mobile device try logging into your account for it, the Note4 is an older device, the issue might be with the device not your account. If you have access to a PC you could also try using one of the android emulators like Bluestacks or Memu to see if you can get it that way.

Everything that Nyn said except I would give it an entire week rather than 3 days. SP staff does not work weekends and I believe they also had a bank holiday this past Monday. Which means no one in the office until Tuesday.

Which I have tried. I actually did try the simulator and it didn't show up there either. I guess I'm just impatient. Lol. My phone is running on android version 6.0.1 So would anyone be able to tell me if that could cause it to not show up? My sister is a lower level, Played less days (Plus hasn't put in even half of the time into it that I have) and has had hers for two weeks. Plus her device is older than mine.

@Britnay-Nicole-Wimberly while you wait for them to respond, ask your sister if you can log into your account on her phone. If it doesn't work there then it is your account not thought device. Also ask your sister tho log into her account on your phone.

@Nynaevelan I logged in to her account on my phone and The Freebie Island appeared. When I logged in to my account on her tablet, The freebie island still didn't appear. :/

How often do they place new games that offer alot of gems like final fantasy 15, Mobile strike and others like that?

@Britnay-Nicole-Wimberly Since you recieved a response to your bug report and it was not concerning your issue, I would submit another. Be as detailed as possible. Then give them a few days to respond. Since this is Friday, I would give it till Weds. If you don't get some type of response by then, let us know and we can try to pass your info on to the Community Manager.

@B2theZ It's really hard to say. The offers are made by third party agencies. A lot depends on which vendor you are getting the offers from and how often you do them. The 2 main vendors are Fyber and Iron Source. The offers change frequently although the games that offer large amounts of gems seem to remain the same, and you can only collect on the offers once.

@LilCricketPa I sent in another last night and Actually got a response this morning. But they said I haven't been playing for enough time since I've only been playing for a little over 3 weeks now. :/

@Britnay-Nicole-Wimberly From my understanding, it is based on the time spent playing on your mobile device. If you also play on Facebook, that time is not counted.

Now the question regarding another person who has played less but still opened Freebie Island sooner...she may not be turning her game off when she is done. She may actually leave it running in the background so her "in-game" time is still being counted.

@LilCricketPa mine stays running as well in the background. And my food is on 5 minutes so I'm constantly in the game. I know I've spent TONS of time playing it.. Sometimes hours at a time. Only about an hour total has been on a PC. I hit level 30 today. And I have 90 dragons. (No repeats)

Hi, I been having trouble with the freebie island. It doesn't play the videos and it crashes the game. I've uninstalled the app and install it again, I've restart my phone and still it doesn't show the videos and hence I don't get any rewards. Can I get any help?
