I understand, because on the automated reply, that support is a small crew of people and that it might take some time. What is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a follow-up?

I needed to reset/reinstall my game through facebook and lost the ability to have any friends who also play, and cannot find any viable fixes on this forum.

Or, I guess I can just close my facebook acount and start over from scratch since I am not too far into the game. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions, feedback?

@jaia-mcclue About answers from the support... it depends on how much they have to do. It might take some hours or some days. Plus they only have a small team working on weekends.
