He's not good unranked unlike the other elites.

I agree the chart clearly shows SP is prodding us for getting it ranked up, otherwise unranked it’s very average for a elite monster

Not encouraging monster for an elite at all. I will get it 100 and forget, there are better ones to rank. Clearly missing some status caster to affect enemies or friends.

I think this will be a great monster. The rank 3 skills are very good. The 1st two at rank 4 are meh but then the top 2 skills are good. Dodge area and stun immune will make this a tough cookie.

I am not going to be so negative about this monster. I think the proof will be in real battles. The test battles don't really work well, since the monsters regen. I heard someone elsewhere say that the attacks are wimpy for an attacker. I think he will be pretty good. Not a lot of hard-hitting, but lots of debuffs. That means damage, so I think overall even unranked it will be as good or rather as elite as Dunn Ra is unranked.
