I have been sending messages to the Customer Support link from within the game and I have not been responded to yet. This is getting very frustrating because I was permanently banned for NO REASON! I have never cheated and my account has spent A LOT of real cash on in-game purchases. I never received a reason for my banning or any contact whatsoever! This is really making me question whether I want to continue making purchases in Dragon City as well. I have not made a single purchase since this banning in either game and I will not ever again if this isn't resolved soon. I don't understand how a paying customer (not just a little pay, but A LOT) can be treated so poorly. This is getting very frustrating for me!
