On June 24, 2019 I used $ 49.99 to buy Puzzle moves in the latest event. but after I bought about 3 hours I went back in, all Puzzle moves were deleted. Looking forward to reviewing and completing Puzzle moves for me. I have the bill and the video I bought because I am a youtuber from Vietnam. I am T Gaming you can search me on youtube . I sent support but was not allowed to respond. I plan to buy it but I'm afraid I will lose it again

@tùng-nguyễn-1 Here’s a quick update for you, contact support as quickly as you can with a screen shot of your purchase and they will be able to give you the moves back. I had a response today, which I was a lot quicker than I initially thought it would be and they have given me back moves for one of the missing move packs

I have no Puzzle Quest at all, its it only on Handy?
Cause I can play the Quest to earn some free Puzzle Steps /like even for gold or Food) , but then the Game freezes,
and I have nowhere the Isle or an Icon to play that Game at all.
why???

As you can see on the splash screen it is only for mobile version of the game.

Okay Thanks for the Info, after that I saw this Window above too, but before I was able to make the Quest for the Puzzle Moves,
So there was the Glitch, that I could made that three days. Now the possibility to play fighting Quest to get those Puzzle Moves is gone for me. I think there ws the Fault
