No chest?
Hi, hope you are having a great day!
Today, i managed to collect all needed fireworks- more, actually. 26- but the July 4th chest wasn't given to me?
I attempted to put 20 of those fireworks onto my island but nothing happened, so i put them back into my inventory.
It has been quite some time now and still nothing. Am i missing something? Any idea what i could do?

@asexual-toaster please reopen the game and you should get it if you have 20 fireworks. If it doesn't work then contact support.

@vikas-nambiar So I did what you said- No effect so after that, I put 20 fireworks on my Island and re-opened the app again.
Nothing. I tried putting only 6 fireworks on the island, keeping exactly 20 in my inventory and re-open again, only to be met with the same result.
The "July 4th Collection" pup-up is still the same too.

@asexual-toaster You can all keep them in the storage. There is no special trick to get the chest. Just having them is enough. As Vikas told. Contact the support.

Just so I won't embarrass myself, I have a question, if you don't mind- They asked if this is technical or billing issue and i do not understand the meaning of the word billing.
I do know it has something to do with payment, but I did not pay for those fireworks. Should it then be technical or does this indeed fall under billing issues?
