I just wanted to ask what happened with these 'issues', @Fox
(or because he took out the offers of Runes X, 345 c/u).
I believe that many players expect an answer on these two issues.

The x runes deal for 345 gems going away without notice was not nice. I don't think it would have hurt them to let people know "last chance to buy these at this price". I would certainly have bought several and likely bought more gems just to stock up.

Very frustrating.
