I can't upgrade my hatchery to level4 and in friend lists the news button disappears!is there some ways to fix it?

@罗程 Why cant you upgrade the hatchery and what news button are you talking about?

@bettina-löffler in hatchery there just has info button After i upgrade it to level3, But my friends can upgrade it to level5. after an update the button in friends list lost one and there only is a friends button.

If it is true then please clear your cache and restart or reinstall the game or contact support.

Do you have Fairy Blessing Island?

@amogh-sai Some new players have that and have to kinda rent an upgrade for the hatchery.

@vikas-nambiar I may have try and thanks for your advice, I have an island which can bless, it may be the fairy island

@罗程 If you have the fairy blessing island you will not be able to upgrade your hatchery for free. I think you can also not buy the breeding tree with gems. The only thing I can suggest is to ask the support to remove that thing and give you the same game that other players have.
