I recently bought 20 pounds worth of gems (349 gems) (Bought with apple credit) and it has been three days and it still hasn’t came through, money has been charged from my account. I also bought premium and it hasn’t came through. I have a receipt if any of the mods want it for proof but i’m quite angry as i’ve been conned out of 20 pounds.

Hope this can be sorted out.I recommend you to write a ticket to Customer Support explaining and sending the proofs you have of those purchases
