for some reason, my IP address was marked as a spam by this system so I had to use a VPN to register for this forum.
It also pretend me from getting Monsterwood offers, watching videos is still possible.
Can someone helping me fixing that so I can stop using this VPN ?

Yes, I am on my IPad Air.
This is my first account for this forum.
I‘ve already done a monsterwood offer before so there might be a problem with the new update for me.

@stein how long ago was that offer because Apple is blocking offers on their devices

In April this year around 10-15th
First picture shows how it‘s looking now (without VPN)
Second picture shows the offer I did in April

@stein well apple is blocking tasks cant really help that and still dont understand your vpn problem maybe ask support

No, I mean that probably the SocialPoint system probably blocks me from offers (because of my IP address spam)
But I get offers while using a VPN, so I wonder if my IP address can be removed from the Spam list

@stein for apple go to the cogs (settings) top right corner > choose the tab support > choose gameplay > choose top topic (your isnt there) > choose Contact Us (top right corner) > choose Bug Report
