We can collect 600 coins every 8 hours + 300 startbonus = 12900
Dragons:

1. Poseidon #182
2. Sunrise #498
3. Ivory #188
4. Sad #337
5. Zodiak Taurus #287
6. Voltage #482
7. Vainglorious #904
8. Toy (new)

Also instead of going for sad, ivory in tower, try breeding them if you don't have. We all got vainglorious orbs at master nature arenas, so most of us had it already

All I need to claim is Zodiac Taurus, Voltage and toy dragon. Is it possible to claim those 3 without spending money

trying to breed sad but to no avails, tons of bat dragons, hedgehogs, terras, venoms but no sad.

Just want Taurus and if can get for free Toy, I have the rest. Not spending any money.

Same here without the Taurus. I actually don't care if i don't get him. I'm on a break.

Only need Taurus, Voltage and Toy.
Will save up for a while and try different routes in airplane mode later.

@bettina-löffler it's easy for you then to claim the toy dragon if you're not going for any other dragons.

@_thespacebeing_ I don't think so. Do you have durian dragon from the mini puzzle island? If you do have then don't worry about it as you can still breed antimatter if you get whimsical as well

The only dragons I don't have are Taurus & Toy. Thought I had Taurus but I don't.

I really hate towers. I don't have the patience to figure out how to get what I want. I really hate towers.

I like puzzle events. Do I get to play puzzle events? No, PC players can't do puzzles anymore, but I can still play towers. I really hate towers.

@dragonista I hate towers! DC didn’t have them for literally the first two years I played now it feels like it’s monthly sad.

Good news. It's impossible to get the Toy for free and it doesn't look like something to break the bank for. Since it's the only dragon from this particular tower that I don't own, I guess I have only the Dogkun/Catkun breeding challenge for the next 5 days. It's nice to have an unexpected but deserved vacation

@dragonlove I am not sure if that is true. We have a quest, we can get coins from freebies. And it is always a matter of luck with spins also. I will try in airplane mode when I have enough coins.

Edit: comment removed based on unconfirmed info. The DC page released the next heroic not when the race will begin. Well looks like it is confirmed for tomorrow. Yikes we just had a race!!

Two events at once is not new, this has been happening for quite some time....nor is it difficult to do both at once.

Well it sure will be difficult for me if not for you (hence my comment), I need to find a path to get the dragons from one event while I have to keep count of the pool,cooldown, when to use spin, breeding event ,etc for the other event.
Ok I didn't know there had been two events before, but this two events simultaneously is a big NO from me to sp.
And I have been here for a couple of months so yeah I know unofficial things can't be posted.

Edit: And judging from numerous posts in FB it seems many people do find two events simultaneously to be rather difficult and irritated.

It seems that every time you praise something, SP finds a way to ruin it.
I started to climb the tower and the frequency of 1 step is unbelievable. I'm on floor #33 and counted my numbers: I got 3 steps 5 times and 2 steps 2 times. Everything else was just 1 step.
Is this happening to anyone else? I probably won't be able to reach the top.

@aleweck I'm on floor 29 with several 1 steps, enough that I am already ready to chuck it in and stop in the tower.

hmmm, an attempt to prevent players from getting Toy dragon for breeding event. As if the chances of get any of the VIPs weren't nearly to zero so far.
Disappointed again, SP always taking one step forward and two back.

I am going to stop working on the tower. I was only collecting whatever resources I could.
Not happy with having another heroic so soon, but at least I have much better luck with them.

Actually, it's 3 parallel events considering the VIP breeding, and without the Toy dragon (too expensive to get) the jokers guarantee the hatchery being occupied for many hours with each breeding, obviously done to affect the Heroic Race (which appeared without any announcement and in a quite cowardly way). The race's breeding/hatching will be a huge pain in the butt now unless we are ready to say goodbye to VIP breeding or use the wizards (I got 4, already used for today, 4 long-haul eggs in the hatchery, and 0 VIP dragons so far). Very clever money-maker tactics but a truly frustrating experience for us the players

I made it level 35 last night, assessed how many coins we still have coming, and threw in the towel... I'll just focus on the race.

We had a quest and we had videos.

Yes but not very many, not for very long considering the length of the event. Did not get many extra maze coins, and the spins are quite expensive on this tower. Second event this summer I will have got no dragons from.

Thats where I ended. 61st Floor. I didnt miss a collection, made all fights in the quest and watched all videos. So... it is not possible to get Toy without buying coins. I had over 15k when I started to walk.
