Got an 'unknown error, please retry' pop up in Live Duels yesterday when hitting search. When I logged out and back in the battle counted as a loss.

I can understand a bug resulting in a loss after matching an opponent, but I hadn't even joined the search queue yet.

And it happened again.

First time I was at 8/2, the second time at 7/2. So two good chances of completing the duel killed by this bug.

It happened to me, 3 times

I will try not to hit search too fast after a completed battle, maybe that will help.

Happened 5 times now to me, resulting in 5 lost grand duels. I had 6 or more wins each time. This is frustrating. First time was over a week ago.
FIX THIS BUG!!

12 hours ago again problems with this error for a longer period of time (at least an hour). It seems to be a server being down when this happens. Not very nice when this happens when paying 20 gems to play.

In this particular case: battle froze at my opponent's first move, so only thing I could do was concede. 'Unknown error' message pops up when I try to reenter. Then circa 20 minutes later battles were up again, but the system had forgotten one of my wins.

So instead of being at 4-1 I was 3-2.
And I ended with 8-3, while it should have been a duel I could have completed.

Another bug: opponent gets disconnected, system tries to reconnect and fails. Game keeps sitting there forever with the same 'attempting to reconnect' message. No other option than force closing the game. And as a reward that battle counts as a loss.

Obviously when an opponent gets disconnected this should count as a win.
