Hello, I have seen recently in Facebook that players are having issues log-in in different platforms. 1. PC via Facebook and 2. Mobile.
My issue is now in iPad, I tried resetting my iPad and it did not work.
i tried accessing another player's account as a test and it was ok, but now if it is my account it crashes down.
Please any help will be appreciated. And no, I am not ban as far as I know because I am still in my alliance per my members.

Post count: 6609Reputation: 3536Joined:Location: Germany@gemspender This issue should be fixed. Try this: Go on facebook settings, apps and websites, Dragon City and disable friendslist there. That helps sometimes. Also make sure to have the latest update.

Post count: 551Reputation: 176Joined:Bettina, that is so nice of you. I know what you are trying to say, when I was playing another game, the game provider does not solve issues on weekends, or holidays, too.
Please try to keep us updated if you hear from other players that their issues are resolved.
PS: I think you can tell them that the SHOCKWAVE not working already in PC via Facebook playing is no longer working. That might be the reason for this issue.

I have to accept Flash Player everytime I want to play on Chrome. But then it loads proper.

Post count: 551Reputation: 176Joined:But Nymaevelan, if that is the stance of Social Point that is not good. From what I gathered it is not only PC users that are affected but mobile users like me.
Per FB post, at least 3 players including myself are affected in Mobile device, in both platforms (iOS and Android).
SP knew at least 6 months ago that Flash or shockwave will be unsupported by Chrome. It was in their press release. (Off course, I knew they will action this late, all organizations do per my job experience).
I just want to play, I don't understand why they cannot solve this. They could have just replicated our data, put in different server, ensure that the game version can function without the FLASH or use an alternative version. Test it, roll it out, and then concurrently align both game version corrections.
Sorry, I am just bored and game withdrawal frustrations.

Two, they are quite aware of it since it has been said several times they are working on it. Third, again they are working on a fix, the soon to be released replacement, the Windows 10 version, is currently being tested in select countries.
And I am not a programmer but I know enough to know your solution would not be possible quickly or easily. If that was so we would have the Windows version now.
And personally you pc users should count your blessings they could have just done like Monster Legends And shut down the pc version without a replacement option. I for one appreciate that instead they are working to try to give us the Windows version.
For the android users once you get up and running I suggest you link your game to a Google account, that will be a second option in case there are future fb issues.
Sorry I do not think there are any alternative iOS logins.

So, among players who are affected by this bug (unable to play), can you not play at all in any devices/platforms? 1. iOS, 2 Anroid, 3. PC via Puffin, Facebook etc, 4. any other please specify.
I cannot play for the first two days in all mediums. Since yesterday, i can play in Facebook via Chrome.
Please share so that we might be able to help those developers working on this issue.

The fact SP has not addressed this problem tells me all I need to know.
I don't expect these major server issues to be resolved until sometime in the coming week.

You need to stop working on future events like Heroic races if you have NOT yet completed its configuration/preparation.
While we are few players who were impacted by the issue of log in crashes compared to the players who will play the Heroic races. We are still your customers and it is grossly unfair if you are going to make them play and rest of us CANNOT.
YOU or Social Point will not compensate us - delayed players - for any Heroic races rewards anyway.So, while there is still time, concentrate on us - the impacted players. You can always give a more easy event like VIPs (with better success ratio) for rest of the players who MIGHT have to wait for the Heroic Race.
To the other players reading this: I want NO controversy. It is just a plea for them to really start delivering SOLUTION. It is still SP who will decide if they want to continue doing whatever activities they have (Heroic races). It is because they OFFER NO TRANSPARENCY that I am resorting to this.
Hoping for your understanding.

One, the developers never come here so constantly ranting here will accomplish nothing. As has been said many times, ANYONE AFFECTED should send in a ticket to support. Second, it is the weekend and since it is a skeleton crew on weekends there was very little chance it would've been resolved before the weekend ended. Third, I find it highly unlikely they will not have this resolved before the next race starts.
Closing this. Again, if you are affected send in a ticket to support.
