I need to move my Dragon City games from one ipad to another.
How do I do this please?

You can do this through Fb connect as it is the only way to save your progress over cloud and playing on multiple devices

On your old device
click on the gear icon in the top right then click on FB connect
Here the game may ask you which progress you want to keep If it did then you choose your ipad progress

On your new ipad
install the game , play the tutorial and again click on setting then Fb connect
Here the game will ask you which progress to keep the game level 2 you just finished or the FB progress and Sure you choose Fb progress
