Before December 2019 onwards, Dragon City Community will be removing Antimatter Dragon, Aquarelle Dragon, Battler Dragon, Blizzking Dragon, Dark Star Dragon, Delivery Easter Dragon, Dwelling Dragon, Einar Dragon, Franky Dragon, Goofy Dragon, Iced Sea Dragon, Mist Dragon, Mistletoe Dragon, Outcry Dragon, Plasma Dragon, Pursuer Dragon, Ra Dragon, Spleenful Dragon, Timeless Dragon, Vulpine Dragon & Wastelander Dragon, they will leave the Dragon City islands. We will also remove Dragon Rescue, remove Timeless Dragon, Iced Sea Dragon, Battler Dragon from Warrior's Call book, remove Franky Dragon from Royal book, remove Mistletoe Dragon from Noble book, rename Ovi Dragon to Egg Artist Dragon, rename Gigantic Dragon to Giant Dragon, rename Darkjester Dragon to Dark Jester Dragon, rename Mirage Dragon to Tetra Dragon, rename Tin Woodman Dragon to Tin Man Dragon, change the design of Drummer Dragon with same shape, change the Arid Dragon's rarity Epic to Very Rare, change the Dark Jester Dragon's rarity Legendary to Epic, change the Skeleton King Dragon's rarity Legendary to Epic, change the Tsunami Dragon's rarity Legendary to Epic, change the Egg Artist Dragon's rarity Epic to Legendary, change the Boulder Dragon's rarity Legendary to Epic, change the Desmuk Dragon's rarity Epic to Legendary, change the Honey Collector Dragon's rarity Epic to Legendary, change the Gurkul Dragon's rarity Legendary to Epic, change the Tsunami Dragon's 1st element Legend to Terra, change the Skeleton King Dragon's elements Legend, Dark, War to War, Flame, Dark, and add a new skin for Zen Dragon called Peaceful Zen (heavenly angel with a halo (non-shielded)).

I don't understand why you are writing as if these are the plans and intentions for Dragon City by Social Point, when in fact they appear to be your own ideas and wishes. Besides, you haven't explained your reasoning behind any of these ideas, and they seem to be completely random.
The removal of dragons from the game would not be welcomed by players who won or purchased those dragons.
The change of rarity of dragons would also not be welcomed.
The tin woodman dragon would never be renamed tin man for copyright.
I do not see any useful purpose for any of these 'ideas'.

@musickman You are writing this as if you are posting official on behalf Social Point. As far as I know there are no plans to remove dragons from the game. So dont confuse players with your ideas.

They really want to remove dragons from the game.

This is not the first time they do something like this.

I think they're just trolling at this point.

Yeah, I am. They've had multiple posts discussing the removal of certain dragons from the game.

Dear Moderators or Representatives of this Forum (not posters like me):

When they remove dragons, what do they give us in return? We paid for those even if it was free maze coins, etc. because there is almost zero free events in the game.

For example, the puzzle island gives free moves, but to get dragons out of that, almost 99% (guess) of players MUST be buying moves.

Why have they removed dragons before?

To my knowledge, dragons have never been removed from the game. They have been redesigned and have been renamed, but you can see by the uninterrupted numbers in the dragon book that there are none missing.
If you are having trouble winning dragons in the island events, I recommend reading the guides posted on these forums for advice. It is possible to win at least one dragon from every event in the game if you play regularly.

Yeah, they will not do this. But you still haven't explained why you want them to.

@susan-mclaughlin I think we wouldnt understand. He wrote such stuff before and couldnt explain it also.

I think it would be best to ignore them going forward, or to ban them (wouldn't constant spamming be considered a bannable offense, or spreading of misinformation?).
