Hey. I'm going to be clear. Accidentally lots of gems were bought from my Phone on Google Play store by my brother. Fortunately Google could refund me everything but the biggest purchase: a 54.99€ gems pack. They said that Social Point have to make the refund. I have not spent those 1700 gems yet, so I do not mind if they take back the gems. Anyone has had this issue and got refunded? I already contacted the support on Monday. Aproximately how much does it take to reply? Has anyone got a refund? I can't afford spending that money. I hope someone can tell me if they make real money refunds when you haven't spend the gems.

Better yet you might also put a pin lock on your device to prevent it from being accessed.

That I don't know, I am sure it is evaluated on a case by case basis.
