I entered the game and I'm at a part where I see a conversation with Gaia and deus where they are talking about the tree of life and I finish the conversation and my game glitches and I can't do anything literally.

Try clearing your cache or your data.

On Iphone you have to clear Safari cache. But I think this stucking in the tutorial is something that should be reported.

For everyone who can not reach the support from the support button in the game :
Open Facebook on your device.
Click at the three lines at the top besides the notification button.
Click on settings and Privacy.
Click Settings.
In Security section click Apps and Websites.
Click Logged in with Facebook.
Click Dragon City.
Scroll down to "Get help using Dragon City". There you find your user ID and can submit feedback for Dragon City. When you click "something else in the list of problems you will get a button with "loading issues" for reporting your problem.

@bettina-löffler I agree and I have contacted them telling them about it I still haven’t found away around it hopefully it can get fixed

I cannot do anything move around etc exactly like the person who started this.

They are aware of this issue and they are working on a fix.
