I am owed gems for completing a task.
I opened the support ticket and uploaded the screenshot showing that I reached level 30.
They respond with this:

If possible, please send us proof (screenshot) that will show you have fully completed the offer's requirements.
If the offer requires you to make a purchase, please send us the payment proof with the date visible.
Please note that your proof alone is not sufficient for approval as all completions must be approved as valid by the advertiser.
Additionally, please make sure that you indeed completed the offer through our offer wall and met all the offer's requirements.

Customer Support Team"
At this point I am owed about 300 gems in total from completing several tasks that they have not paid on. I never had this problem with the prior companies you used. Please either make them pay up or stop doing business with SUPERSONIC and find another similar business partner that is honest.
