@nynaevelan , Ive done contacting them via email... but will do send a ticket. But is there a fix in this problem already ? i mean this is pretty common and im sure someone have experienced this before?

72% means your Internet access is active but your connection is too slow. Happens to me all the time
It sometimes helps to switch airplane mode on and off again, that re-registers the device with the Service Provider. Good luck!
