Hello everyone and welcome to my 255th analysis, this time featuring Warmaster Zahra.
Overview: Nature as an element is by far the worst element in the game when you look at the general populace, and unfortunately, Zahra got the short end of the stick among the Warmasters like her element did in general. This is not to say that Zahra is a bad monster though, as she is definitely good at keeping her teammates alive through whatever means necessary - be it with her protective moveset, her SC or unique trait that increases all allies' Life by 50%. Zahra's Base Speed is also very solid at 3542, allowing her to move often. This unorthodox support that rewards stall teams may not be the best one around, but there are few monsters that can do what she does, and underestimating her might put you in a bind.

Builds:
Monsters that have access to Group 4 skills will have a slightly different build path. I will list the most viable builds for each Rank since some moves in Group 4 are pivotal to some sets' success. The monster's role will likely remain the same, however, so this won't be exhaustingly long as I won't repeat the same things.

Rank 0:
Moves:
-Aloe Vera Gel
-Belladonna Roots
-Oleander Whirlwind
-Aloe Vera Transfusion
Runes: 3 Team Speed/2 Team Speed 1 Team Life/1 Team Speed 2 Team Life
Mutant Rune options: Team Speed&Team Life, Team Life&Team Speed
Relics: Staves and Essences

Build Explanation:
Aloe Vera Gel is your basic debuff cleansing move, with a notable Stamina cost of 0. Belladonna Roots gives all enemies Nature and Special Weakness, giving Zahra a bit more damage to prevent her from being too passive, and also aid allies that use Special damaging attacks. Oleander Whirlwind is an AOE Poison that helps in stacking damage and softening up enemies, which goes perfectly with her trait and SC. Lastly, run Aloe Vera Transfusion to refresh your Torture Immunity whenever necessary.
3 Team Speed with Team Life Mutations is a standard for supports, but with Zahra, you can put in one or two Team Life Runes to capitalize on her trait, keeping allies alive for longer. Team Speed Mutations are necessary on said Runes.

Rank 1: Zahra learns "Crypsis" at this level, a move that removes all debuffs from an ally and gives it Botanophobic Shield, preventing all forms of damage except Nature (even from Tortures).
Moves:
-Aloe Vera Gel
-Crypsis
-Oleander Whirlwind
-Aloe Vera Transfusion/Belladonna Roots
Runes and Mutant Rune options are the same as given above.

Build Explanation:
Crypsis is a very strong support skill that can save a fragile ally from a disastrous situtation. Not only does it render attacks mostly useless for 2 turns(they can't deal damage and there aren't many good Nature attackers around), but it also gets rid of debuffs its target might have. A very flexible skill that can be useful in a vast number of situations.

Rank 2: Zahra learns "Stinging Nettle" at this level, a Base 40 unresisted move that gives all allies a 100% Damage Mirror.
Moves:
-Aloe Vera Gel/Stinging Nettle
-Crypsis
-Oleander Whirlwind
-Stinging Nettle/Belladonna Roots/Aloe Vera Transfusion
Runes and Mutant Rune options are the same as given above.

Build Explanation:
Stinging Nettle comboes well with Zahra's trait, punishing attackers, the only monsters capable of reliably damaging Zahra's team. The 50% Life increase works especially well with it, because most of the time the target will be able to survive the attack while the reflected damage kills the attacker. If the enemy team doesn't use many debuffs, you can drop Aloe Vera Gel for this move.

Rank 3: Zahra learns "Area Crypsis" at this level, a move that gives all allies Photanophobic Shield.
Moves:
-Aloe Vera Gel/Stinging Nettle/Oleander Whirlwind
-Crypsis
-Area Crypsis
-Stinging Nettle/Oleander Whirlwind
Runes and Mutant Rune options are the same as given above.

Build Explanation:
This move renders your team immune to damage for the most part, making buff removal and deny effects the only ways to break past your team. Again, if the enemy doesn't use many buffs, you can pick either Stinging Nettle or Oleander Whirlwind in the first slot and the other one in the last.

Rank 4: Zahra learns "Savia Transfusion" at this level, a move that removes all debuffs from an ally, gives them Precision and an extra turn.
Moves:
-Crypsis
-Area Crypsis
-Savia Transfusion
-Aloe Vera Gel/Stinging Nettle/Oleander Whirlwind
Runes: Same as above, with 3 Speed added as an option
Mutant Rune options: Same as above, with Speed&Life added as an option

Build Explanation:
Zahra's best and most necessary move, Savia Transfusion, is hidden ALL THE WAY at Rank 4, which is frankly disappointing. This allows Zahra to be used in turn transfer strategies and gives her yet another debuff removing attack alongside Crypsis, and in general changes her playstyle a lot to resemble the more traditional supports.
With Savia Transfusion, you can (after making sure there are no Anticipation users) give Zahra 3 Speed and pass the turn to another key monster in place of having a 3 Speed denier on your team.

Teammate Options: Zahra is the best friend of tanks, complimenting their stally and survival-oriented playstyle extremely well with her trait and moveset. Tanks with Tortures or other ways of racking up offensive pressure are especially great with her, since you essentially take up 2 spaces in your team just to get the tank + Zahra combo which would normally sacrifice a lot of damage potential. Putting frailer monsters next to her is a good idea too, as her trait will protect them from enemy attackers (excluding extra turn spammers). Monsters that would normally hurt themselves or their allies such as Nox the Condemned and Barbatos can freely use their risky attacks after Area Crypsis has been used - Nox in particular can use Abducted Soul and Total Obliteration without any fear of hurting allies. Countering Warmaster Zahra: If you disable her trait, the enemy team will be dealt a heavy blow, as a person who puts Zahra on a team likely does so to benefit from the Life increase. Buff removal is also crucial to remove the Torture Immunity and Botanophobic Shield, since they prevent almost all forms of damage. Nanovirus and Positive Effect Block are also useful in this regard. Though uncommon, Nature attackers like Prince Charmless can bypass Botanophobic Shield altogether simply by dealing Nature damage. Zahra is also passive on her own, so focus on taking down the more problematic enemies. Pierce is wonderful for this, as it will ignore all Mirrors, Shields and Taunts if there are any.
