Hello everyone and welcome to my 7th analysis, this time featuring Lucifire the Hopefreezer.
Overview: As a Nemesis monster, Hopefreezer is a bit lacking. Her trait doesn't include any form of Hardened, which is almost like a necessity among the high-tier monsters in the game. It does give her immunity to Freeze, but in some Wars this will not matter at all. Not only this, but a glance at her moveset reveals that it pales in comparison to some of the later Nemeses like Samael, Xiron and Llum, plus it is simply horrendous at Rank 0, and doesn't reach full potential until Rank 2. Despite these drawbacks, however, Hopefreezer's stats are on point for an attacker like her. Her Base Strength is one of the highest in the game, surpassing even some big names like Warmaster Gortak and Marquis De Flambe. Her Speed is acceptable as well, tying with the likes of Hookuai, Greedy Dragon and Warmaster Babari. Her damage output is spectacular too, with an AOE of Base 45 that applies both Burning and Ignite, in addition to high power single target attacks. All in all, Hopefreezer is not a bad choice by any means wherever she can be used, but there are definitely similar powered options that don't require money.

In Fire: Hopefreezer threatens to one shot almost anything in this book with her powerful Water attacks. She might not be as fast as Helltaser, but the sheer threat of her damage output is enough to make her a monster to watch out for. Still, her Speed tier leaves her outsped by important attackers like General Darmith, Helltaser and Shallinar. Excellent pick on Offense, good for Defense.

In Dragon: Hopefreezer's Speed stat is by no means bad, but she is still outsped by Helltaser wherever she goes and is threatened by her Stun. Still, she's an outstanding pick for attackers, with her nuclear power being something to watch out for. Great pick for Offense, usable on Defense.

In Female: For attackers, Zyla provides harsh competition in this book. The improved overall Speed of attackers here doesn't help the problem of Hopefreezer's just decent Speed. Still, her damage output is noticeable and her AOE is one of the most powerful ones. Great pick for offense, somewhat usable on Defense.

Builds:
Monsters that have access to Group 4 skills will have a slightly different build path. I will list the most viable builds for each Rank since some moves in Group 4 are pivotal to some sets' success. The monster's role will likely remain the same, however, so this won't be exhaustingly long as I won't repeat the same things.

Rank 0:
Moves:
-Hopefreezer Blow
-Hopefreezer
-Demonic Tears
-Darmith Ch. 5
Runes: 2 Strength 1 Speed
Mutant Rune options: Strength&Life, Speed&Life
Relics:(The leftmost relic is of the least priority while the rightmost relic is of the highest priority. Some relic rarities might not be listed if they don't do much.)
Enraged Mask/Charge Mask - Energy Mask/Great Enraged Mask - Exhausting Mask/Talany's Mask - Baltasar's Mask/Jasastur's Mask | Flaming Sword - Earth-Shaking Sword - Soul-Shattering Greatsword - Jakugan Sword

Build Explanation:
Hopefreezer Blow is the strongest attack she has access to at this point, with an additional Freeze effect. Hopefreezer is a 0 CD, 50% Freeze version that has 55 Base Power. Demonic Tears, with its Burning + Ignite effect, deals immense DOT, along with the initial 50 Base Power. Lastly, Darmith Ch.5 is effective against buffed monsters.
2 Strength 1 Speed is the standard spread for attackers. Life Mutations are the only useful Mutant Runes on Hopefreezer .
For Masks, the given options are the most viable options.
For Swords, the given options fit an attacker like Hopefreezer the best.

Rank 1: Hopefreezer learns "Lucky Fire" at this level, a Base 45 Fire AOE move that applies Ignite and Burning to all enemies.
Moves:
-Hopefreezer Blow
-Hopefreezer
-Lucky Fire
-Darmith Ch. 5
Runes, Mutant Runes & Relics are the same as above.

Build Explanation:
Lucky Fire adds some much, much needed power to Hopefreezer's moveset: it's an AOE version of Demonic Tears with only 5 less power. This allows her to deal great damage to the enemy team, necessary for an attacker.

Rank 2: Hopefreezer learns "Darmith Ch. 9" at this level, a Base 35 unresisted AOE that applies Damage Reduction, Blind and removes all buffs from all enemies hit.
Moves:
-Hopefreezer Blow
-Hopefreezer
-Lucky Fire
-Darmith Ch. 9
Runes, Mutant Runes & Relics are the same as above.

Build Explanation:
With Darmith Ch. 9, Hopefreezer finally becomes the monster she wanted to be. This move is an unresisted AOE, but beyond that, it removes all buffs from all enemies and gives them Blind and Damage Reduction. Not only useful against damage buffers, but all sorts of other supports too like Evasion givers.

Rank 3: Hopefreezer learns "Hopefreezer Slash" at this level, a single target Base 75 Water move that Freezes the target.
-Hopefreezer Slash
-Hopefreezer Blow/Hopefreezer
-Lucky Fire
-Darmith Ch. 9
Runes, Mutant Runes & Relics are the same as above.

Build Explanation:
At this level Lucifire gets access to her most powerful attack, which hits very hard. Hopefreezer Blow vs. Hopefreezer is a matter of power and guaranteed Stun vs. protection against CD Activation.
