Due to the differences between the two boards, most of the topics were not able to be migrated from the old forum. If you feel there is a topic that should be migrated from the old board and the information is still current and relevant to the game, please send a chat to a moderator for the board to be reviewed. However please keep in mind only the initial post will be migrated, all the responses in that topic will not.

Is there anyway to access the old forum in readonly mode? If we can't migrate the old posts, we at least need a way to be able to find old post and still can refer to it. This means we need to keep the old forum alive (though no new posting).

Hi Skeel master - The same skeel from old forum ? -

If you scroll down you will see " old forum " link which be will available for nearly a month In case we need to transfer some topics or so

If we lost all the old threads and topics, it basically makes this board worthless.

I miss the old forum already. I hope some of the stuff gets moved over. Is it possible for some of us to move it over so it is available here?

@Haka-Taka Hello Haka, yes this is same Skeel.

So old forum will only be kept for a month? There're many quality posts after years that people want to refer from time to time. It will be a huge waste if those will be gone forever. There're just too many that we can't possibly to recall in a month time.

Guess we will have to rely on fresh blood to slowly rebuild the knowledge from scratch.

The problem i think is how to move them , for example i wanted to move all monster discussion threads ,,,Admins suggested that i copy and paste the discussion but i said doing this and posting all in my name will make the discussion useless and confusing as i will be the one who ask ,answer , agree and disagree so i refused this one
i suggested that i screenshot the discussions but admins refused this solution as the topics will looks really weird , so any ideas is welcomed

also if you see any other useful topics worth moving just do

Wanted to chime in here. With regard to the "Monster Index" that samer made in the old forum - we shouldn't need it here (much credit to samer's work back there though!). So long as everyone adds the monster tag to any monster discussion posts, they should be easily found.

TLDR - if you want a post to be found by search, make sure to Tag it. i.e. if I make a post on Captain Copperbeard it should have a tag of "captain copperbeard".
