I am not getting credit for hatching eggs! Do they have to be specific monsters? I have turned the game off and back on...no change. Any help or advice in greatly appreciated.

The egg/heart appears every 8 hrs. I breed a treezard to get it.

Breeding and hatching items are meant to be collected every 8h . . . Try breed a Firesaur (breed Firesaur + any fire Legendary) it'll give you the item. If it doesn't give you the item at 1st, then try twice. Buying the egg straight from the shop won't give you the item, you need to breed it and hatch it
