For some of my dragons i see the empower star outline in my dragon book. Can you explain this?

That was a change they were planning to make to the dragon book but then they put it on the back burner. So it means nothing until they release those changes.

I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)
