For several months now, the breeding satuary is bugged.
I try to update it and there is always an error on both PC and phone

I suggest you send in a ticket to support, they are the only ones that can help you.

I had the same issue, my breeding sanctuary didnt work. I always try to activate it but then it suddenly stop and the game is always restarting. I hope you can help me to solve this problem

As with the OP I suggest you send in a ticket to support, they are the only ones who can review your account and perhaps help to fix it.
