I'm having trouble with the recall feature in the game. My game crashes when I click on any dragon that I want to recall. I messaged Social Point last week but did not get a reply. Anybody experiencing the same problem? I uninstalled the game a couple of times already. Any info would help. Thank you!

Hmmm no I have not experienced this. You could try clearing your cache or if you are connected to Facebook or Google, clear the data. If possible also see if it works on a different device.

It's been that way since a recent update for me on many mobile devices.

I use the windows10 version for recalling, at least that still works.

I cleared the cache before and it did not work and tried it again today but got the same result. I was able to use the recall feature in windows 10 though. Thank you!

My son's account has the same problem too for more than a month. Sent tech support several messages. The problem is still not resolved.
