I have Level 3 Breeding sanctuary. When i try to upgrade it says "SOMETHING WENT WRONG, restart your game". I have tried in Android device, Facebook, also in windows app. It has the same problem in any platform i use.

How can i resolve this problem? !

Submit a ticket to support via the in game support system.

Do i have to mention my Game ID along with the ticket?

You shouldn't have to if you send in the ticket from the game but it can't hurt.

How long it takes to solve the problem?

I hurts when u have more than enough gold but can't able to do what you want
