Hi can anyone tell me why in my dragon book there’s numbers on the books and exclamation marks next to some of the dragons. They are not new dragons so I don’t understand it

They do not necessarily have to be new, those exclamation marks are for changes which could be levels, empowerment changes or ranking changes.

I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)
