I got the glitch where my gold legends pass wasn’t showing when I bought it even though it said it was purchased successfully. So I bought it again and then my game crashed and I went back on and it showed I had the pass but it charged me twice. I contacted customer service and they never responded. Then a few days later there was a post on the forums talking about the bug and they said contact customer service. Then I contact them again and still nothing. It’s been a while and they never respond. I’ve been asking for them to refund one of the passes seeing that I wouldn’t of bought two if it wasn’t for the bug. This is very annoying. Please get someone at social point to see this. Thanks.

You want to contact the store that you purchased them from and ask for the refund there...aka Google Play, Ios App Store, Amazon, Windows. This happened to me once and I was told my CS to contact the store, who gave me my refund for the second one once I explained what happened.
I am a collector not a fighter, need I say more? Oh yeah....and female. ;)
