There is no rune slot unlock discount in the current rune fest event. Is this a permanent change?

Rune slot unlock discounts are separate from that. Most of the time they run together, but not always(as this time it's not).

Monsterbath is correct, those are completely separate events. "Runes Experience" is the event that slashes rune craft times and unequipping runes costs. "Rune Slot Fest" is the event that reduces costs for unlocking rune slots.

@sansot What I trying to say is that those two events often co-existed in the past and that SP has not offered rune unlock discounts in the last two month. Can anyone familiar with the matter please comment if the rune unlock event has been permanently removed from the game?

Valid question. I have a lot of locked slots that have been waiting for discount. If it's not going to happen, I'd rather know so I can just go ahead and unlock them now.

I don't know if this is no longer going to happen but I am just saving mine and creating a list because the way my luck goes as soon as I spend the gems the sale will start.

Fox needs to answer this. We need to know if it's been taken away for good. My guess is they have got rid of the monthly discount and they will include it in the monthly pass if u buy it???
